She began her professional journey in 2004 and had been closely involved in management roles, which had given her 10 years of rich experience in understanding how organizations are run.
As the Director of Finswift, she oversees business development, organizational strategy, and innovation, ensuring the company stays at the forefront of the industry.
Jalpa specializes in corporate strategy, operational efficiency, and leadership development, playing a pivotal role in shaping the company’s vision and success.
Before joining Finswift, she held leadership roles at FEP Search Group/Sterling Hoffman, where she successfully worked as a VPD and Client Manager placing Senior and Mid ” level executives across North America. She believes in leading high-performance teams and executing key projects.
Jalpa holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Maharaja Sayajirao University, Baroda. Towards her commitment for continuous learning, she is currently pursuing “Executive Programme in Strategic Human Resource Management” from IIM Calcutta. She is passionate about fostering innovation, mentoring emerging leaders, and driving sustainable business growth. Her vision for Finswift focuses on expanding global presence, enhancing customer experience, and leveraging technology for operational excellence.

Gopi Ahuja, graduated from HL College of Commerce, Ahmedabad, began her professional journey in the area of Accounting & Finance with HDFC Bank and also worked with tradeindia.com. Her Accounting & Financial Management expertise, coupled with her passion of life and aspirations to excel in various areas of business operations enabled her to debut her entrepreneurial journey.
Gopi’s entrepreneurial journey started in the year 2008 by venturing into coworking spaces business and she co-founded BSQUARE Business Centres & Coworking Spaces. The group is leading service provider of co-working spaces in various prominent locations of Ahmedabad under the banner of “BSQUARE Co-working Spaces”.
With almost two decades of experience of her successful entrepreneurial journey and always aspiring to create value for the clientele where the clients can focus on their core business and all their financial & accounting work can be managed with great expertise, Gopi has co-founded “Finswift Ventures Private Limited” and ventured into the business of outsourcing of accounting, book-keeping, financial management, auditing and complete set of services related to finance & accounts.

Rajiv Ahuja is a highly accomplished Fellow Chartered Accountant with over 15 years of extensive experience in finance, taxation, and business advisory. He holds multiple certifications, including Forensic Audit, Valuation under Securities & Financial Assets, and a Diploma in Information System Audit.
With a strong background in Financial Planning, Loan Syndication, Strategic Business Planning, and Automation of Accounting Processes, Rajiv has been instrumental in optimizing financial operations for various organizations.
Rajiv brings over 12 years of corporate exposure with leading multinational corporations, gaining deep insights into complex financial structures. Additionally, he has vast experience in setting up businesses in the USA, Canada, and the UK, ensuring seamless compliance with FEMA regulations.
His commitment to professional excellence is further reinforced by his certification in Overseas Outsourcing Services for the US market, conducted by the Development of International Trade, Services & WTO Directorate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), New Delhi
